It just happens to be Valentines day today, a celebration of love in all of its forms. However, as we know, love isn’t all plain sailing and sometimes this creates heartache. So today, I have listed my go to crystals that I would use either to support myself or another person if they were a bit heartbroken. As always, quartz is the most useful for everything, however, as I happen to have them I have also listed the ones that I work with to support heart energy. There are many things that you can do with these but by far the simplest is to place one of these on the heart area and sit for a while with it in place. You can also hold these in either hand.
